Required Documents
You are so close to renting your dream apartment! Just be sure to submit the following documents to us, along with your completed application and initial deposit.
Photo ID
Copy of photo ID (Visa if not a U.S. citizen)
Proof of Income
Proof of Income (2 recent pay stubs or a previous year tax return-form W-2 or 1040)
Last 6 Rent Statements
Proof of last 6 rent payments – it can be any type of screenshot showing payments (from your online banking, Venmo, rent portal) or copies from rent checks.
Refrence Letter
Reference letter or email from current landlord. If you own your current apartment send proof of ownership instead (either mortgage statements, property tax doc, or deed).
Guarantors need to be US citizens with a credit score of at least 700; income between 60-80 times the monthly rent.
